Unlike some other computer techs, I can speak plain English and am good with people. I prefer simple solutions, and I love inexpensive, if not free, resources. I excel in breathing new life into older computers. My goals are your safety and productivity.

Anti-virus & anti-spy-ware: Protect your data, your privacy, and your computers.
Software updates: Make sure you have all the latest updates for all your software - not just Windows-related updates. Patches are released for a reason, and updates should be regularly scheduled.
Backup system, kept off-site: Computers die unexpectedly. Fires and floods happen. Not only do you want to avoid losing years of valuable work, but you also want to be up and running in the shortest time possible.
File sharing: Everyone should save their data in one spot. This makes files easier to find, easier to share, and easier to back up.
